Look out.....here comes the Spiderman!!

This was the coolest article. I found it on Yahoo this morning and had to post it.

This is what I find awesome in all of the people who understand this disorder. And I am so thankful to have many of these good thinkers in our lives. You all have that great understanding, and know that in order to get to children with Autism, you must first get into their world to bring them into ours.

Thank you!!

Earworm!!!

No, I am not talking about a horror movie, or a gross bug that made its way down into my ear canal. I am speaking, of course, about those times when you get a song stuck in your head and can't get it out. This is what follows me around all day:

You're welcome.

Yep, it happens

Granny came over to watch the kids yesterday so I could go to my bowlin'. heehee

As soon as she came in the door, we noticed our jeans were the same ( same brand same color) and we were both wearing turquoise shirts! We didn't plan this at all.

Yep, they told me I would turn into my mom one day.

And also getting older...

"Puppy" is getting older. We have just discovered recently that she officially has the "old-dog smell" right along with the "old-dog breath". Oh yes. It's lovely. She is getting all white around her snout and paws where her fur was a nice reddish-brown. And we started buying the "mature" dog food. She is almost 8 years old now. She is such a great dog and has always been real good with the kids.

Her favorite thing is fetch. If you toss her toy once, you better prepare to be there for a long time. She will keep bringing it back no matter what. She will stop and take a drink once in a while, but she is right back at your feet waiting in no time. She's almost obsessive about it. I get tired throwing it, and I'm not running back and forth like her. Goofy pup.

We still love her.

Moo

This is Helen the cow. She comes from a quaint little town in New York. She's well known in her small town. She has a boo-boo too. Auntie S sent LB this postcard to let him know that Helen feels his pain.

Hope Helen feels better like LB is feeling.

Thanks Auntie!
